Since 2023, and in conjunction with the Freedom Association, the Margaret Thatcher Centre has hosted a weekend conference at the University of Buckingham aimed at individuals of all ages, including students, who are interested in how best to promote the ideas of freedom, democracy and the rule of law that were at the heart of Margaret Thatcher’s beliefs.

This year, the Third Margaret Thatcher Centre Freedom Festival will take place at the University of Buckingham over the weekend of 22-23 March 2025. Over the 2 days of conference, you will hear from a stellar line-up of speakers and panellists, including:
